We were very pleased with the shopping process. Lots to select from. Our salesman was very helpful and didn't bug us when we were just looking, but was always nearby when we had a question. Selection fabric colors was also easy since they had sample fabric in one spot hanging from a rack. Placing the order was also easy, and everything arrived on schedule. We have been very pleased with our two new couches and three chairs.
One year later we still love our sofa from JRF. It's stain resistant and easy to clean. We have a dog that is spoiled and spends at least 10 hours a day on the couch. So easy cleaning is important to us. We also appreciated the service at the store. I still remember that the wonderful lady that helped us spent nearly two hours to make sure that my husband and I would be 100% satisfied with our purchase and making sure we weren't spending more than we needed to. I would definitely shop here again and recommend it to my friends.
